Working Through the Pain

Thursday was PT day 2 of the week. I went it feeling great. Pushed myself to my limits. Was able to increase table top push ups and increased some weights. Was feeling good. Then it all came crashing down. About 2 hours later pain shooting down my arm. range of motion limited, and lifting and moving even a can of soda has been hard. But staying positive.

Well I have been absent for many reasons, some are just being lazy. Others are real. I had surgery on 12/7/2011, SLAP surgery to repair a torn labrum muscle in my right shoudler. I have been struggling through the pain before and much after. 2/21/12 i decided enough was enough and begin the P90X2 workout, that I order months ago and been in my house since just after Christmas. I have to modify for the sack of not injurying the surgery but doing well. Along with physical training, I am slowing moving into it.

It is not easy to get up in the morning, to face the daily task of the day.  We have our families, our jobs, our homes and then we think about ourselves.

It is time to put ourselves 1st.  If you do not begin putting yourself 1st then who is going to be able o take care of your family, do your job, and take care of the home.

Working out and eating right is the right thing to do, there is no more waiting for the right time to make it happen.  It is time to do it today!!

OK, so I am a little excited to be getting started.
Woke up and did my morning exercises, took my AGG, drank my cold water and had a 34G Chocolate protein shake (not a big breakfast person).
I see that I need to make sure that I get myself a little organized so that when it is work days, I have everything set to go.

Getting Ready

I have been ready The 4 Hour body for a week now.

I have journal-ed my plan. I got all my supplements together.

I have my work plan set, and bought my Kettleball today.

I splurged on eating today, with have Chinese for dinner. I know that I will be able to have on Binge days, but wanted to enjoy a few last things before Monday. I am thinking Oreo Brownies tomorrow….YUMMMM
